ShareSpeak Application License Terms

By purchasing and using ShareSpeak, you agree to the following license terms:

• One-time purchase: Your license key allows you to use ShareSpeak indefinitely with lifetime updates.
• No subscription: There are no recurring fees or subscription charges. Pay once, use forever.
• No free usage: ShareSpeak requires a valid license key to use. Trial or free versions are not available unless explicitly stated.
• Platform-specific: Licenses are valid for the platform purchased (macOS or Windows). Separate licenses may be required for different platforms.
• Personal use: Each license is for individual use. Commercial or team licenses may be available separately.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ShareSpeak. If you experience any issues or are not satisfied with your purchase:

• 30-day refund window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• Contact us: To request a refund or resolve any issues, please email vlad@sharespeak.co within 30 days of purchase.
• Good faith: We process refunds in good faith and may ask about the reason to help us improve the product.

1. Terms of Access

By accessing and using ShareSpeak, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use ShareSpeak.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ShareSpeak complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShareSpeak is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• ShareSpeak will meet your specific requirements
• ShareSpeak will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using ShareSpeak will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the application or its content.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShareSpeak, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill
• Any other intangible losses

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

4. Intellectual Property

ShareSpeak and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by ShareSpeak and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sell, or rent the software to third parties
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Create derivative works based on ShareSpeak

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use ShareSpeak:

• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit or distribute malicious code or harmful content
• To circumvent license validation or security measures
• In any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our services
• To share license keys with unauthorized users

6. Third-Party Services

ShareSpeak integrates with third-party services (such as Google Speech Recognition API). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of third-party services.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any API keys or credentials required for third-party services.

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue ShareSpeak at any time without notice
• Modify these Terms of Service at any time
• Change pricing for future purchases (existing licenses remain valid)

Continued use of ShareSpeak after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use ShareSpeak will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ShareSpeak shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
